Job Opportunity: MLI Teaching

MLI International Schools is an ACELS accredited provider for junior centres across the UK and
Ireland. We currently have vacancies for summer teaching staff in the following locations; Co.
Meath, Co. Galway and Dublin city.
We are looking for professional, motivated and friendly staff to work with students aged 10-17.

Details of Position
Here at MLI International Schools we run a number of junior summer centres across the UK and
Ireland. We are an experienced ACELS accredited organisation that provides fun, educational and
cultural courses to students between the ages of 10-17.
We are currently advertising for qualified EFL Teachers with the ability to motivate and the
enthusiasm for working with large groups of children and teenagers.
MLI Teachers are responsible for the planning and teaching of effective EFL lessons and
administrative and welfare duties appropriate to the role.

We are recruiting for the following locations:
 GMIT, Co. Galway
 UCD, Dublin
 DCU, Dublin
 St. Patricks College, Dublin
 Griffith College, Dublin

Qualifications
Essential
 Undergraduate (Level 7) Degree + Cambridge CELTA/Trinity CERT TESOL
Or
 Undergraduate in Education (Level 7) + ACELS Preparatory ELT Certificate for NQTs.
Desirable
 DELTA/MA TESOL or equivalent

Skills

Essential
 Enthusiasm and passion for teaching
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Awareness of the responsibilities of working with students aged under 18
 Ability to work in a high pressurised environment
 Strong administrative and organisational skills
 Excellent communication skills
Desirable
 Occupational First Aid qualification
 Lifeguard/Coaching qualification
 Previous summer school experience

Special requirements
 Garda Vetting
